Built on Real Experience
LPA Assist was founded by Fadumo Yosuf, who previously worked at the Office of the Public Guardian (OPG), the organisation responsible for registering LPAs.
During her time there, she processed LPA applications daily and saw first-hand how often forms were delayed or rejected due to avoidable errors.
In many cases, people had paid significant fees for help, yet their applications were still returned because of simple mistakes.
That experience led to a clear goal:
to create a service focused on getting LPAs completed correctly the first time.
